The following combinations of materials are typical examples for skeleton components, such as door panels, side panels, hat racks, armrests, roof lining, pillar panelling, boot cladding, etc.

Natural fibre mat Single- or multiple-component, made up of flax, hemp, kenaf or mixtures of these for impregnation with EP resin or PUR resin (also with thin covering fibrous webs) |

PP natural fibre mat A mixture of natural fibres (flax, hemp, kenaf, etc) and polypropylene fibres (white, black, recycled fibres, etc) for thermoplastic processing |

PP natural fibre mat with fibrous webs A PP natural fibre mat with covering fibrous web on one or both sides (e.g. made of 70% PP / 30% PES) to improve the surface adhesion, the mouldability and the form stability |
Instead of polypropylene fibres, other thermoplastic binders can also be used.
